- 50 euros per year for adults

If it is more convenient for you, this amount can be split into two transfers on a semi-annual basis.
At the bottom there are fields for bank details for the transfer. Payments are made automatically. Here is the translation of this section:
I authorize Happy Aliens e.V. Erlangen to collect periodic payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I authorize my bank to process direct transfers issued by the association to my account. The membership fee is payable as an annual installment from (01.01.) each year, or for the year of joining pro-rata from the15th day of the month following joining.
Note: I may request a refund of the amount debited within eight weeks of the date of debit. The terms and conditions agreed with my bank apply.

V. attaches great importance to data protection. The person responsible for the processing of personal data is International Forum Happy Aliens e. V. , Nürnberger Str. 161, 91052 Erlangen, represented by the Executive Board. Purpose and legal basis for processing However, the processing of personal data is unavoidable in order to fulfill the statutory aims and objectives. It is therefore necessary to store membership data such as name, date of birth, address and bank details, contact information for your regular membership and library management as well as for contacting members. The basis for processing this data is Article 6 GDPR (Personal Data Act) Categories of recipients of personal data Some of this data is transferred to third parties (e.g. parent organization, funding organizations) in accordance with Article 6 GDPR, solely within the scope of the purposes defined in the articles of association. If personal data is transferred to third parties, an order processing contract is concluded in accordance with the GDPR. The data is not transferred for advertising purposes. The storage period of personal data The International Forum Happy Aliens e. V. collects personal data when you join the association. We will delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the aforementioned purposes. Personal data related to money management is stored for up to ten years in accordance with the provisions of tax law. Right of revocation and consent Consent (membership) may be withdrawn or revoked at any time. The relevant provisions of the articles of association and contribution regulations must be complied with. Rights of data subjects In accordance with Article 15 GDPR, each individual has the right to obtain at any time from the Happy Aliens International Forum e. V. comprehensive information about the storage of their inquiries triggered by membership personal data related to membership. In accordance with Articles 16, 17, 18, 21 GDPR, rectification, deletion and blocking of individual personal data is possible at any time, provided that the legal requirements for this are met. In accordance with Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Bayerisches Landesamt for Data Protection Supervision) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
